July '22 Update

Hello from South Asia!

We finished our GMI conference and we were so encouraged to see all the missionaries from Asia. We were able to hear reports of their ministries and spent much time praying for them. We also got to hear some wonderful sermons about persecution and how to face those challenges.

Next, I went to Cagayan de Oro city, which is toward the center of the Philippines. For this session, we’ve been studying wisdom literature and poetry. Catch a glimpse of that view! We’ve been meeting outside near the ocean. (Rough, I know!)

The men in the CDO class wanted to take a minute to say hello and express their gratitude for you all in your support of this ministry.

Prayer Requests

I’m heading to South Asia again this Thursday. Please pray for my health and safety in my travels, not only to and from the country but within the country as well. I will be visiting several locations and some of them are in more sensitive areas

  • Pray for the pastors conferences that I will be doing in three different locations. The focus will be on marriage and so both pastors and their wives will be attending

  • Please also be praying for the training time where the pastors will be delivering their sermons.

  • I will be interacting with over 1000 pastors while I’m there in various locations. Please pray that I would be a help and encouragement to these faithful and courageous men.

  • Pray also for my wife while I am away for these three weeks.
